JBBA… A 100% Volunteer Organization

Our entire league is volunteer driven. From the board of directors to team moms, generous people like YOU make our organization the very best youth sports experience in Northeast Florida.

This page contains information on the various roles needed to be filled each season. Find a role that resonates with you and get involved. Together, everyone achieves more. If you are interested in filling a “team” role, be sure to speak with the manager of your child’s team. If you are interested in participating on a committee, contact our Volunteer Coordinator. All volunteers need to complete and submit the following application annually.

Each SPRING SEASON a volunteer application needs to be renewed. You do not have to fill out a volunteer application if you continue to volunteer in the fall season of the same calendar year as your spring application.

Parent/ Volunteer Pledge

• I will teach all children to play fair and do their best.
• I will positively support all managers, coaches and players.
• I will respect the decisions of the umpires.
• I will praise a good effort despite the outcome of the game.
